• Click the CoinsWorth icon in your browser toolbar to open the side panel
• Navigate to any coin page on GreatCollections.com or HA.com
• The extension automatically analyzes the coin and displays results in the side panel

No clicking or typing required - just browse and get instant insights!

CoinsWorth currently works on:

• GreatCollections.com - All individual coin listing pages
• Heritage Auctions (HA.com) - Individual coin auction pages

The extension only works on individual coin pages, not search results or category pages.

No registration required! CoinsWorth automatically creates an anonymous account for you when you first use the extension. This allows us to:

• Track your daily usage limits
• Save your analysis history
• Sync data across devices (if you sign in)

You can optionally create a full account later for additional features.

Free users get a limited number of coin analyses per day. Limits reset at midnight in your local timezone.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Make sure you're on an individual coin page, not search results
• Click the CoinsWorth icon to open the side panel
• Refresh the page and wait a few seconds
• Check that the page has clear front and back coin images

If the issue persists, the coin page may have an unusual format that our system doesn't support yet.

Analysis can fail for several reasons:

• Poor image quality - Blurry or low-resolution coin images
• Missing images - Page doesn't have both front and back images
• Network issues - Slow internet or server problems
• Unusual coin format - Non-standard coin types or presentations

Try refreshing the page or navigating to a different coin to test if the issue is page-specific.

If the coin images don't appear in the side panel:

• Wait a few seconds - images may still be processing
• Refresh the page to restart the analysis
• Check if the original page has clear, high-quality coin images

Some pages with non-standard image formats may not display cropped images, but the analysis will still work.

The CoinsWorth Chrome extension is designed for desktop browsers. However, we also offer:

• CoinsWorth iOS App - Available on the App Store
• Mobile web version - Coming soon

For the best experience with auction sites, we recommend using the desktop extension.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Click the user icon in the side panel
• Go to "Manage Subscription"
• Follow the cancellation process

You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, especially for:

• Results are professional estimates based on extensive data, not guarantees
• Accuracy is continuously improved through machine learning and expert validation
• Use results as a trusted second opinion to inform your collecting decisions

The grade outlook shows the most likely scenario if you were to regrade the coin:

• 🔺 Upgrade Potential - High probability of receiving a higher grade
• 🔻 Downgrade Risk - Risk of receiving a lower grade
• ◼️ Same Grade - Most likely to receive the current grade
• ? Analysis Uncertain - Results are inconclusive or contradictory

Price analysis compares the current asking price to recent market data:

• ✅ Good Deal - Priced below typical market value
• ✔️ Fair Price - Reasonable market pricing
• ❗ Overpriced - Above typical market value
• 🚨 High Risk - Significant pricing concerns
• ⚡ Grade Risk - Price may change significantly with grade adjustment

Consider both grade and price analysis together when making buying decisions.

When a coin has a "Details" grade (like "AU Details" or "UNC Details"), our analysis predicts what numerical grade the coin might receive if it were to get a straight grade upon regrading.

This doesn't predict whether the coin would still receive a "Details" designation - it shows the potential numerical grade if the issues were overlooked or resolved.

Currently, analysis results are not automatically saved to your account history.
